Oscar Car Rental FAQ
Q1. How do I change or cancel my reservation?
A1. Call the reservation number 00903928152272 or send us an e-mail at
info@oscar-rentacar.com
Please note that changing your reservation may incur extra charges.
Q2. What documents will I
need?
A2. You will need a valid driving licence and paper based part if applicable.
Q3. What payments do you
take?
A3. We take all debit and credit cards and cash (sorry no English
cheques)
Q4. Can I have the car
delivered to my hotel or home?
A4. Yes delivery is done free of charge if rental is for 7 or more days.
Q5. How many people can
drive the rental car?
A5. Providing all driving licences are produced at the time signing
rental agreement then up to 3 people can drive the rental car.
Q6. What happens if there
is a problem with the car?
A6. Call us and we will exchange the car at no extra cost.
Q7. How old do you have to
be to rent a car?
A7. The minimum age is 25 years old.
Q8. Are all the cars fully
insured?
A8. Yes, all of our cars have comprehensive insurance with a 400 GBP
excess, which may be waived by paying an extra 3 GBP per day extra.
Q9. What should I do in
case of an accident?
A9. First contact the police and complete an accident report then call us

Q10. What happens if my
flight is in to Larnaca?
A10. If you are renting a car then we can do a special deal for picking
you up at Larnaca and delivering you to your rent a car and then back to Larnaca
at the end of your stay.
Q11. Can I arrange to
extend my rental agreement?
A11. Yes providing you do so before your current agreement ends as this
will invalidate your insurance and that payment is made at the time of the
extension.
